These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Kosmic Kids Books (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of kosmickidsbooks.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our personalized storybooks (the “Products”). By creating an account, using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

Our Products

We create custom, made-to-order children’s storybooks personalized using details you provide — including a child’s name, birth date, birth time, and birth location — to calculate astrological signs and generate a unique story and illustrations. Each book is a premium hardcover of approximately 30 pages, printed on demand through our print partner.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Accuracy of Information You Provide

Because each Product is personalized, the quality of your book depends on the accuracy of the details you submit (spelling of the child’s name, birth date/time/location, and shipping address). Please review your information carefully. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information you provide, and such errors are not eligible for a free replacement or refund (see our Refunds & Returns Policy).

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Our launch price is $29.97 per book (regular price $40), plus shipping calculated at checkout.
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content we cannot reasonably produce). If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

Production, Review, and Fulfillment

After you order, our team reviews and prepares your personalized book, you approve a preview, and the finalized files are sent to our print partner for printing and shipping. Estimated timelines and shipping options are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Because our Products are personalized and made to order, cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, guardian creature designs, logos, and software — are owned by Kosmic Kids Books or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a book, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the finished book for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, reproduce for sale, or commercially exploit our designs or content without our written permission.

By submitting information to create a book, you grant us a license to use that information as needed to produce, deliver, and support your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or infringing content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kosmic Kids Books will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kosmic Kids Books from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
